Bill Davenport was appointed following the demise of "Get off the Boardwalk" Fred Wager, so Davenport was elected for the first time, as was DeMarzo. The new sign coming into NW is poorly placed, and hard to read. It is at the end of a curve, so you can't see it until you are on top of it. It should have been placed on the side of the Moose Lodge. It is a good place for the cops to get you if you are going 30 1/2 MPH on Spruce.
